found a 98 lsc with the tranny in it and want to pull it. Anyone have any suggestions or how-to's. never pulled a tranny before out of a mark.

Going back now with jack stands/jack/blocks etc.

The transmission has a drain plug on it so it might have been taken care of. In any case the car looks really good.

If someone would like to be reaaaly nice they could call me. :)

btw. greg... it's all black on black lsc. interior is pretty much immaculate. All seats/motors/ dash /wheel trim is there (headliner also) has moonroof and homelink visor. (left you a message)

the hardest part i remember is the top two bolts holding the transmission to the block.
unbolt the trans cross member and tilt the trans down to get to them.

Yea, greg. This is another black LSC. Complete. I didn't get the trans as I didn't have the time and it was 104 degrees out there. I did get the strut sleeves off the mark you were working on. THANK FREAKING GOD. What a PITA.

does it have air struts? Gen 2s' will fit on Gen 1s' if so ask how much for me

It had struts not bags. (both of them there do)

The door panels are all black and while I didn't take a good good look the entire interior looked pretty much perfect. The switches even have the coverings on them.

The easiest way to get those top bolts is after you got it on stands put the jack under the kmember and pull out the member bolts and drop the member down all the way. The front suspension will hold the weight of the engine. Pull the jack out and the upper bolt are way easy to get to
