Finally found a guy who said he would have no problem taking apart the 03+ Head light to install angel eyes. Here are some pics on the progress sofar...i will keep you guys updated.
He cut the headlight in two. You can see where it is cut at along the seam. That is the only way to get the headlights apart. Notice the two different ring sizes. I'm curious to see how it looks with the rings of two different sizes. Also, sealing the headlights back is going to be interesting to see too. And to beat all that is a set of HID headlights too!theunclesam said:How did he get them apart? Looks like it's in 3 pieces.

The company working on them is lightwurkz.net. We contacted them some time ago so we'll see how this goes.
I sure you have But if youll notice the low beam isnt a full circle anyway. So its following the same lines on the headlight. I cant wait to see the finished product!AnderbrA said:IMO, the smaller one should be the same partial circle as the low beam. Having a big 70% halo and a small full circle might look a little strange.

It wasn't meant as either. I was just pointing out the fact that you'll have a set of factory HID's and angel eyes. There seems to have been a tremendous amount of work done to those headlights. I bet he's got about 15 hours in those. It looks like a quality job. If he used Umnitza's stuff then you won't have any problems with the kit. That's why I sell Matt's products on my website. He's been there and done that and has the best ballasts, rings and equipment for angel eyes. I'm interested to see what they look like on your car.VanDarela said:Ken what do you mean "And to beat all that is a set of HID headlights too!"? is that a posotive remark or negative. Am I risking the HID's by doing this?
Yes I will probably offer this service. I spoke with them finally this past week. Of course, the cost is going to be quite high compared to the earlier models.lexdiamondz10304 said:Holy sh*t That is looking GREAT!!!....... cant wait to get my set!! Hey Ken will you offer these? I want a set right now!!!
