I've had a blend door issue since 2 weeks after getting my car last summer. no heat for the winter time, but I can live with that. Well... summer is rolling around and a few days ago I started my car and the AC turned on full blast and I couldn't turn it off. After driving for a mile it turned off by itself but will not turn back on.

Other 'issues' i have is a 3-2 air-light blinking (which is a grounding problem of some sort) and yesterday the battery terminals got so corroded the car wouldn't start and all the lights died. Fixed that with a wire brush. (need some coke though) Don't know if those are related but I thought I'd post them up.

Any help? Suggestions? I've checked fuses.. everything's good.

Marks are electrical WHORES... if your battery clamps were that bad you need to replace them, the Mark NEEDS it's juice.

I wonder if tony doesn't have the infamous cowl vent leak that lets water get into the fan motor controller?

My car was doing that, but the fan just wouldn't run sporadically.

If water has gotten into the controller, you might be able to un plug it and see if there is any signs of moisture in the plug.

Also, get some real battery terminals, if those stock "band clamps" have gotten corroded, they are probably shot.
When they are brand new, they aren't up to the task... when they get worn or corroded they really aren't up to the task.

Get some good quality terminal ends on there.

My car was giving me a few issues, slow cranking, etc....

Replacing the battery clamps fixed the issues up in a big way!
