Ok does anyone else have power windows that wont roll up and down properly? It happens about once a week i will roll my windows up and they will roll half way back down or i will be rolling down and they will roll themselves up automatically. I know it has something to do with the "AUTO" up and down. The driver and passenger switches do it. Is this something that can be corrected somehow? Im getting really sick of it when im on the interstate or it starts raining lol. Shouldnt take 10 tries to get the windows up...

I don't know about the rolling up while you are trying to roll them down thing, but the other issue should be easy.
When they suddenly reverse and go back down when you are rolling them up, that is the bounce back safety feature activating. It thinks that someone's hand or head was caught by the window going up. It reads the current drawn by the window motor to determine this.
You probably just need to recalibrate the window electronics. To do this, lower the window all the way. Now press and hold the up button all the way while the window goes up. Keep holding the button for five or so seconds after the window is all the way up and has stopped. After this is should work correctly.
Alternate theories:
1. The LS does really weird stuff when the battery starts getting weak.
2. Your window regulators may be failing.
3. Demon possession (I guess that's better than repossession.)

these cars electrical systems are known to be weird and have issues, i thought 03 and up they had most stuff solved but i have the window issue and an ABS braking issue from time to time. i dont think its Demon Possession i think its flawed Ford engineering and inferior parts
