I am planning on putting on 20x8.5 but the don't fit my bolt patter they are 4.5 120 how can I make this work I spent a lot and how will adapters look any one with pictures

Wow looks like the bolt pattern is different. You can get them re-drilled to our bolt pattern specs, but its going to cost you a pretty penny. What I would do if I was in your shoes, is sell the wheels and make sure the ones you get have the correct pattern.

I doubt there is anything you can do about this one. Maybe try looking for a spacer/addapter, but I still doubt it. Thats way far off.
