Pioneer Head Unit

I have a 2000 Lincoln LS. I saw a pic of the Pioneer on Bigpappy's LS. Where can I get one and how can a get the Lincoln Nav. software on it?

its not the lincoln nav software, its just an image i uploaded to the D3 from my computer (via a burnt data CD) to replace the splash screen that appears when the headunit starts up. If you have a D3 or are getting one ill be more than happy to email you the picture
