Is the pinch wield strong enough to lift the mark 8 by the rocker? Has anyone lifted a mark by a rocker?

Mark VII? Unknown.

Mark VII? No.
Ford may have stamped out a NOTCH for a scissor jack for use in an emergency, but generally, no. Don't use it nor the floor boards. There are partial frames/stiffeners in line with our side view mirrors and just rearward of the front of our rear tires.

Way better choices.
