Found these on one of the threads that people were posting up CL finds. Got the pair for $125 and I thought that was a great deal. Only had to drive about an hour and a half each way. Now I can replace my bent rim, have a spare and get my new tires Roadforce balanced! I called a local shop and they will Roadforce 4 tires for $50.

I thought the same thing when I heard it. Thought maybe it was something sweet like doing a bunch of donuts and then they re-balance the tires or something, lol, you know break in the tires a bit. After a google search I found it. They add a load to the tire while balancing, like the load the tire gets while its on your car. It achieves a much truer balance and idk about you but I can feel even the slightest imbalance with the LS.
There was a discussion on this forum about a month ago on exactly this same thing. Everyone seems to suggest that this type of balance really makes a difference. My local Ford dealership also does this. Not sure of the cost at the dealership.
