picked up a hum/vibration?

ok So I just put a brand new trans. in my 95. Replaced the U-joints, and got it all back together. well, it has a quiet hum like a swamper truck going down the road, and over 60 it picks up a vibration? Reminds me of a u joint or wheel bearing because the faster you go, the worse it gets? wasnt doing it before tranny replace? and suggestions

You put in new u-joints, right? You say replaced, was not sure that meant new or replaced as reinstalled.

Did you mark the yoke joint thing so when you installed the u-joint they were put back together the same?

heat sheild above the driveshaft often falls down and contacts the shaft.

look for shiny places along the shaft, look up underneath the gas tank.
you'll probablly find the heat sheild is hitting the driveshaft.
