So the other day I was driving around, and I noticed a Cadillac DTS backing up out of its driveway, and I noticed that their back up lights were super bright white LEDs. So I got home and did my research wondering if they were stock or aftermarket. And turns out they're stock! Philips' LED company, Luxeon, is now installing led back up lights, brake lights, turn signals, etc on multiple vehicles. So I was wondering if there's any way we can add these bad boys to our LS'? Have you guys noticed this too on the new DTS'?

yeah i love the the new dts i want one but i still love my LS i think they would have bulbs that would fit the Ls if not look on ebay or worst case get the blubs and plugs for that and swap them out two wire ground and power not that hard

i've had my LED turn sig's and brake lights for awhile now, superbrightled.com

I've been thinking about adding some extra reverse lighting. With tinted rear glass it can be hard to see at night in dark areas when backing up. But where would I mount them? hmm.... :shifty:

ihear you there, i started with high output hallogen reverse lights, it helped out a little. now i am thinking of a set of fog lights under the bumper just barely sticking down under the edge of the bumper and a light coat of tinting on them so you cant see them

You can find the equivalent in other brands as well as the polarg brand wedge type standard bulbs. The polargs work just as good as LED but sooner or later they are going to use LEDs in all vehicles.
