Passenger side mirror fell off

Someone opened their door into my mirror while I was in class and I came out to the mirror laying on the ground. Not the entire assembly, but just glass mirror part of it. There's a white piece that was attached to the back of the glass that has grooves in it for the power mirror motor but it's broke. Does that mean I need to order an entire motor and mirror? Or what exactly? Thanks

Try reattaching with one of the epoxy-type materials. The only other answer is the whole enchilada. Ouch!!
