Passenger side low beam issue

Hi guys,

I have a 2002 LS with a low beam that doesn't work. I replaced the bulb, twice and still no love.

I did look for fuses that might be bad but there was no fuse in that slot to begin with.

Any ideas why 2 new bulbs would not fix my issue? I was very careful not to touch the bulb with my bare hand.

Even if you touched the bulb, it would work for a while before it burned out. What do you mean by "there was no fuse in that slot to begin with?" Which slot? Is anything else not working?
Your other probabilities are: Bad bulb socket, failed wiring, bad FEM.
Do you have a multimeter?

sounds like a missing fuse. Each headlamp has its own fuse, right? Fuse 9 in the passenger side kick panel is for the right side low beam.
