I have a 97' Mark VIII and the passenger power seat is totally dead. I've checked all the fuses and they were fine. Now I need to troubleshoot a little further. The service manual tests require access to the passenger seat module connectors. Unfortunately the seat is in the fully rearward and lowered position. This blocks the bolts that hold the seat to the car as well as the ability to test the needed connectors. Does anyone know how to override the seat to get it to move or have any other ideas? I'm totally frustrated and would greatly appreciate the help.
