Paint cost ? or new bumper ?

I am going to paint my rear bumper (2002 LSE - Black) and was wondering if anyone has done this and has an estimate of what I should be expecting to pay. It sucks that this car is in perfect shape and there are just a couple marks/scuffs that cant be buffed out and its really bothering me.

Am I better off buying a new bumper for the cost ?

You're still going to have to paint the new bumper...

I also hear that black is a beotch to match properly. Make sure you take it to a good shop.
