I did a search for this code and didn't really find a answer.

So anyone hahad this code and figure out what was wrong with it? This car is driving me nuts the past couple weeks!!

FTP sensor circuit low voltage detected..

FTP = Fuel Tank Pressure

Fuel tank doesn't have a good vacuum or FTP is short circuited.. Caused by corrosion or crossed terminals.. I would check the cap and make sure there is no cracks and put it back on tight.. Reset the code and see if it comes back up..

Any idea where the fuel tank pressure sensor is? I think I may have done something to it when I was using my power probe to figure out why my ac compressore wasn;t kicking on.

FTP also means :q:q:q:q That Puto!.lol

You sure you read the right code? I got this

Category Powertrain
Definition Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low

Yep.. What I looked up is right.. I believe it's a sensor that if it doesn't show correct voltage (because the cap is off or such), it won't run the EVAP cycle..

I just checked real quick and didn't see ftp so I thought something was off, it's all good then

I have access to the snap-on system which may be more detailed.. ;)

OP, if that's what your going to look into, there is certain voltages that should be at the unit when checked with a DVOM..
