Had the intake manifold off last night while working on my throttle body nonsense, everything is connected ect but I did manage to break an EGR bolt and there could potentially be a small vacuum leak there. IIRC the fuel pressure regulator has a vacuum line running from it to the EGR.. Just wondering if this could potentially be my issue? Was running wicked rich for a few minutes but on of the coils had come loose as well so not sure if it is related either. Any input would be appreciated, LS is running fine, not bogging or pinging at all..

Yes, I would think that could all be related. If the fuel pressure sensor references to atmospheric pressure instead of manifold vacuum, it would result in the fuel pressure being too high and that would result in a rich mixture.

If you have some brake clean around, start the car up to idle and spray it around there, if there's a leak, she'll rev up when the intake sniffs the brake clean.

If you have a pid monitor scan tool, you can monitor fuel trim, o2's, and a couple others and find it too.
