P0153 and p0012 and need solutions

well I currently have p0012 (retarded timing bank 2) and p0135 (????). Car symptoms are rough, rich idles, and lack of low end power. Runs fine when driving.

Was wondering on where too go from here, diagnostic tests too fixes. Im aware the p0153 can potentially be caused by a bad 02 sensor before the cat.

But my main question is can bad/old spark plugs? I remember reading something that potentially said that could cause it?


Im very unsure how the codes co-align and any help is appreciated!

UPDATE: completely mixed up the banks. My apologies I have edited the original post. But considering that i have already changed this o2 sensor. (Bank 2 before the cat). And Did voltage tests for the wiring and everything came out ok. Could this all really be a bad cam Solenoid, or something much more serious like a phaser.
