I typically use a simple hard shell turtle wax, but it can be pretty time consuming. I always see spray wax on the shelf, but never thought about buying it. How well do they work? Is it worth switching to from regular wax which consistently gives good results, but as I said can be very time consuming? The one I am possibly considering is one from the Mothers California Gold line. I also want to try their clay bar system, but that's different topic for another time.

Personally, Im not a fan. But, not too bad for a quick shine.

I'm a meguirars fan for the last 30 years, using liquid cleaner/wax. I started adding carnauba for the last coat. They came out with Gold Class carnauba,( black jug), and I was amazed what it did. After doing a few of my cars, my neighbors son came over and asked what I did, and that all my cars looked like glass. I use a 6" DA for wax on, and a 10" DA for wax off. Once I got a free sample of spray on wax, and I threw it away. I recently sold 2 of my MK VIII's, leaving me only 3, so I wont have to buy as much wax.
