wreck my TC some ah-ole road raged on my would not get off my bumper..... ended up wrecking Black 2000 TC .... long long story ..... but bright side I pulled off my black 20ees off a week before!! happy and All my so called friends that were using me for rides are gone and I know who's who in my life .
I am better off with Gas near $5 and I only receive $2000 a month form SSA
and that car having 480K+ miles it got bad mileage

getting me off insurance & soon one of my sons will be driving .... I be able to save up cash to buy him a nice Lincoln I saw a 87 LSC Mark VII today for sale

I got the hook up On Metro PCS Phones now

oh ya my car was drive able it was impounded , $1500 in storage fees before I could get it out .
and I have to prove that I can Drive Like I got a DUI.
just took the Written test got all wright but 1 and I fell I had it wright
my answer was you should not exceed max posted speed to pass a car (my thinking if the other car is going max posted you should have a right to PASS them?)

their Wright answer was as you speed increases you have less control of your car. (and I explained that the car witch I was driven 93-98 Mark VIII handled better at 60+ miles it was made that way ) this was not only a Black Lady but she is from Africa right a way saw I was not just going to lay down.
I can't Wait for the Driving Test .... I did drive a 1973 Frito Lay Truck for 10 years 6 days a week I've seen more local street miles than most will ever I spent 12 + hours just in work truck then I was for year only driver at home too.
the fact I don't have a car to worry about gas or tires or what ever is kinda great.
I went to get my stuff from the car and my wife was being a bitch .... making me walk 20 feet to her car to unload my stuff than I looked at my 2001 Conti Wheels on her car the car that was mine at first she drove a 99 Toyota no class crap car. so I let her understand she never paid a dime for the nicest looking stock Wheels a Mark had seen and how lucky she was that when she wrecked my 93 Mark I just fixed it and then sold it, not ever giving her crap about wrecking a Mint low Mileage 1993 Mark VIII . and that my TC had been wrecked before and how the hood and right fender didn't line up right, nor did the Door.
So it was not a big loss I got it for $2300 and had to put cash in it a lot to keep it running Lincoln Quality ........ I don't think I would have liked the motor Blowing on me ...... it went out like a Lincoln Should Being driven like I stole it.
I was making a Hard Right at almost 40Mps into a parking Lot to lose this pissed off ah-ole and If I had been thinking I wouldn't have braked in to the corner
With "Snoop Dogg No Limit Top Dogg" Blasting letting some jackass KNOW you don't just get up on a Lincoln rear Bumper with a Toyota Truck and think it going down ezaly .... lets just say that is 1 import driver that will look twice before he cut into a Black Full Sized American Car ...... I mean I did have a barry bonds base ball bat in the Trunk , I could have just as ezaly got out my car with the trunk popped and beat the guy or his sad lil truck with it but I didnt

I was being tailgated and I break checked this fool
he keep on up on my rear bumper so I truned across 2 lanes and slid into a van,
the ah-ole keep on driving I get stuck holding the bag with the cops....
I have to retest writen (I missed 1 so I passed) now I have to have my doc fill out forms
and take the driving test.... cops are saying I don't know how to drive,
the TC died like it should have "I was driving it like I stole it"

Sounds to me, like there was more than 1 person "road raging" in this incident.

Now..NEVER BRAKE CHECK someone unless you are going to actually "SELL THE CAR" to them.

I mean, why do something halfway?

IF it would have been me, "the fool" wouldn't have "drove off" because he would be nestled firmly in my trunk area.

"fake brake checking" is a puss move, kinda like throwing a punch at a guy you aren't planning on fighting.

P.S. I "sold" my first gen rear bumper cover 3 times
Once to a FED EX driver

Once to a idiot in a van flying thru my apt complex..

and lastly to an elderly man who really shouldn't have been on the road in the first place.

THAT bumper cover netted me over 3K...haha

Why not just slow down untill he is off your a$$.
Slow down to 5 mph if you had to, make him be the one to get his undies in a wad.
Life is too short.
I hate to say it but the cops are right.

I have to agree. This guy didn't push you into a van. You ended up driving worse then he did and lost control of the car.
 
When getting tail gated I usually do a few different things depending on how I'm feeling.


1. Just let off the gas. They will either get pissed and pass or back off. A few people stay there...they are usually bad drivers that don't even know they are tail gating so then I'll do one of these other things.

2. Just move over and let them go. Not really worth my time and probably the smartest.

3. Most of the time I smash the gas for a few seconds leaving them back in the dust a ways. Unless they are complete azzholes doing on purpose they just fall back and get the hint.

I love doing number 1. I did that the other day to some guy in a caddy because I was going slow off of a light turning out of meijer (trying not to eff up my freshly painted lsc bumper) and he beeps at me.... so im like wtf dude. Then I just idle through a 40 zone which was actually a construction zone. He tries passing to my left in the turning lane almost hitting a car head on. On top of that I was only preserving gas by going slow up to an upcoming red light.

I hate people who don't know where the gas is off a light even if the next light is red. I like the fealing of getting off the line and then the churp from 1-2
If you cant hit the gas TAKE THE BUS. I am not an A to B driver I like to drive

If the light is a quarter mile away and will most likely be green by the time I get there fine. But with a lot of lights on top of each other here if you want to slam on the gas chirp second and slam on the brakes you'll have to wait until I'm not in front of you. But if there is enough room to open the car up you'll probably be trying to catch up. That is until some other Dbag puls out from a side street and precees to drive 20mph so I have to slam on the brakes instead of waiting ten seconds until I pass and the mile of empty roadway behind me is all theirs

WOOOO. I love getting off a green too! So if some A$$ decides to run the intersecting light.. I get t-boned.:D

you may be right but the cops only used half my story and left out the part about the other driver....so I could care less how you feel about my driving ....
I drove for a living for many years... this was the Only time since 1990 that I lost control of my Car can any of you say that ..... my Driving Record is as clean as it can get I will fight this to the tooth and nail to keep my DI. but I don't plan on owning a car for some time.... I am on a Fixed income and will not have that kinda of cash till next year ,

I can drive like an :q:q:q:q:q:q:q and still be in control
