and get it to the level on the reservoir where it should be when cold, some coolant "pukes" out the front cap (radiator cap at the front center of the car, just above the fan).

It only comes out after I've been driving enough to warm the engine well.

No overheating or lights, but it continues leaking out of the cap until its at the lower line on my reservoir.

I'm not even sure it its a problem, or just a behavior.
Any info/opinions would be helpful!

You need to replace the cap. It's cracked. Lincoln doesn't even call it a "cap". They call it an "insert". p/n xw4z-8a511-aa. If you go into the parts dept. or Autzone and ask for a radiator cap, they'll give you a cap to the reservoir bottle which is located near the fire wall on the driver side. Fortunately, I was able to go to the dealership in my second car and had the "insert" in hand so that they would know excately what I was needing.

Thanks for the reply kedaigle.
The "cap" screws off easily and I didn't notice any cracks, but I'll take a look at it when I get a chance today.
I just took the thing in for warranty work on the leak and they pressure tested it, saying the couldn't find a leak....

There was a trail of antifreeze leading right to the cap so I can't see how they would have missed it :(
