Oil Leak on header & Upper Manifold

I havent started my 3.0 in 2 weeks and i had an oil leak but wasnt sure where. So today when I started it smelt horrible and the engine bay was plumming smoke. The passenger side corner of my upper intake by the firewall has oil stains in it and the header was coated in oil you can see the smoke and the nub thats wet. I know I have a leak on the lower but it isnt bad at all..

What is this black plastic piece on the back corner thats leaking?

And is the lower a pain to take off? Im already doing coils so yea..

Intake Manifold Tuning Valve. You need a gasket or two.
