Off-Set question

I'm looking at a set of wheels measuring 18x8.5 with a 38mm offset. I'll be running 245/40 ZR 18's. Will this rub? And I do have eibach springs. Anyone care to comment, please do!!!

Offset calculator said I'll be running 9mm more on the inside, 35mm more on the outside... That is provided I am correct on factory wheel being 7.5" with a 60mm off-set.

I believe you'll rub at times. Like full suspension compression. I did with the Springtech springs and a 40mm offset. Same size tires.
