Shaw (the man responsible for tracking Hussein's weapons programs before and after the '03 invasion), who said, "The Russians brought in [to Iraq], just before the war got started, a whole series of military units...Their main job was to shred all evidence of any of the contractual arrangements they had with the Iraqis. The others were transportation units."
- There is also this article from June 2006 where a declassified report shows that coalition forces recovered chemical WMD's
