non ls help fuel problem???

I have a 93 explore and it stoped runing on the way home this weekend. I think it is a fuel problem. it did not sputter or do anything it was like the car was turned off. I used starter fluid to try and see if it would start but would not I have a few less hairs on my arm (small fire). That means i have spark i guess. could it be a fuel pump/cloged filter/fp reg? ]

dont worry i did not pull it home with my ls I used my honda civic. that was fun. lol


any help you guys can offer would be great. thanks much
 
did you check the fuel shut off switch i believe its under the psgr glove compartment... happened in my mountaineer when i hit a REALLY big bump.. lol ;)
 
would not start with the starter fluid sounded like it wanted to. I will check the switch tonight. but did not hit any big bumps or anything. that would be nice it that was all that it was.
