my new mark has the coil over qonversion and its two high for me, i dont want to cut the springs and look like a honda on a pogo stick.

Dose some one out there make lower spring's, like 1 1/2 that i could bolt in and dose any one here want a cheap set of coil overs?

Contact Eddie at American Air Suspension that's where I got mine. He usually gives you a better price than what is listed on the site. Call him don't just order on line. Tell him that I told you to call you might get a deeper discount. Eddie give you the best service, he'll answer your call talk you through any problems while you are working on the car. Plus he give a better warranty.

+1 to anyone who recommends Eddie. Got my lowered kit from him and it's GREAT!

For a guy who doesn't have throw away money to spend on replacing springs that are functional - but look goofy - how does one lower the front a bit without getting the pogo-stick ride?

Mine also is a non-air-ride model now, and the back squats while the front is up high. Looks dumb, and I'm interested in finding an easy/cheap way to make her sit level.

Can cutting a link or part of one really make it do the bounce thing?

I've got both set ups a standard height and a 1.5 lowered, plus one with the air ride still intact.

Standard Height to me is not much different from the Air Ride in feel. Only difference is it's stiffer in the curves much nicer. And it looks like it should you don't see a pogo stick look and it's not higher in the front than the back.

1.5 Lowered to me is great... some slight problems with parking lots at times but once you learn how to avoid the tips craping it's fine. Ride is a bit rougher but that what happens when you try to get a more sports car ride. Also car is great in the curves, really straightens them out. As for looks, the car looks great.. and again no pogo stick look or any odd height issues where the front is higher then the rear.

Where did you get yours? Who installed it? Are you sure you don't have 2 different set ups?

Good luck post a pic after you slice um up,
It will stiffen up the ride alot.
If you dont like it and buy let me know I might use the springs in my 94 if it dont sell.
