NO windshield wipers!! after installing DCCV, and going in dash

Hi, I am having trouble. Earlier my lincoln was blowing hot heat in the middle of summer. Fixed that problem after much headache. I turned out to be my Dual climate control valve, but also, one of the actuator doors in the dash were also stuck. Before, my windshield wipers were working fine. It seems after we went in dash, they are not working. EVERYTHING is plugged up. we dropped the steering wheel a second time to double check. We don't hear a clicking sound with the motor when turning it on. Any help?? Thanks in advance.

It would help to know the year of your car.

well it sounds like either something was left unplugged (which you said that you already checked that), something was damaged(maybe a wire got pinched, or a connector got broke), or a fuse may be blown (fuses dont blow for no reason, something would have made it blow)

sounds like

fuse or a bent pin on a connector, check everything else to make sure its working or not working, maybe connectors are switched somewhere.
