NO heat or cool in drivers seat

Wondering if anyone knows what I need to replace to get the heat and cool back to my wifes 03 Nav drivers seat. Passanger side still works.

I have a 2000 and the heated seat does not work on on the driver either, just works on the passenger not a big deal to me so far being hot out side

This is common on the 03.. Mine burned the filament out

Has anyone found the fix on this? I have the same problem on my 2008.
