Missing Linc'

Ive checked fuse numbers 4, 13, 20, and 33 which all pertain to the cluster and door switches, all good, replaced them anyways just to be sure. The dimmer switch is not turned down either. Ive read this problem before but cant find the thread for the life of me, any ideas?
