I think most people are using the navigator trim plate to install a double din style head unit in their LS. You should be able to pick one up from Team Ford - click on their banner ad on the right side of the forum.

The mounting plate is out of the 03-06 Navigation equipped LS's. Post pics when done!!
I just upgraded my whole stereo system except for the factory head unit. The line out convertor I got is doing a great job, so I dont have a need to upgrade the radio. I like the factory look and controls.

what did you install for speakers, etc Sport? I'm still deciding if I want to go that route. I'm past the days of wanting people 2 neighborhoods away to hear my subs...I just want clear, crisp sound now.
