New 04 LS but having problems-HELP!

I recently got a 04 v6 ls. It has 57k on it drives great, but I am noticing something wrong with it. Here's some of the things i'm noticing.

1. When I give it gas on the highway, it's giving me this foul odor--like rotten eggs. Have no clue where it's coming from either.

2. The steering wheel has a rubbing sound whenever I turn. It doesn't affect driving but is very very annoying.

3. When I switch gears the transmission sounds loud, like a clunk when I switch through gears(this is my first lincoln and am not sure if it's normal). It's automatic transmission.

So far i'm loving my new ls, but I don't want my first experience to be a bad one. I still have till 75k for the extended warranty and would like to take advantage of it, if possible. PLEASE HELP!!

Number one is simple...thats your catylitic convertors...they can really stink!
#2, one would have to look
#3, Where is the sound coming from, somewhere else in the car, or at the shifter?
