Need Source for 1998 PATS Parts

My 98' continental has a P1260 code "theft detected". A locksmith told me that my only key is good. That tells me it is either the transceiver, wiring, or PCM. The self-test red blinking light on top of dash reads good, but starts blinking fast when key is turned off. A local shop can complete the diagnostic, but says Ford no longer offers the parts. I need to find a source for these parts. Please
