Need some help!

Well guys I just pulled the IRS subframe out of my parts car and 3 of the bolts came out with no problem. The drivers side rear one was a different issue. I had to cut a hole in the rear floor pan to cut the bolt and nut of the top to get it out.

Now my issue is the bolt is stuck in the bushing in the subframe! How can I get this out with out messing up the bushing? Cause from my understanding these bushing are no longer made? The bolt I'm not worried about cause its going into my 54 Ford f100 truck.

Go get a can of PB Blaster and soak it, after it's soaked for a while, use a punch and drive it out with a hammer
