Need opinions

I'm gonna be installing my cobra intake soon wanted to get some opions on a few things.
First if I should delete my imrc's
Second if I should get a bigger throttle body
And third if I should get the 1 inch spacer they sell for the cobra intake manifold

What I have done so far
4.10's with trac lok
3000 stal dirtydog tc
Full exhaust
Vortech with 8psi
Methanol will be tuned in new the with a 50/50 mix

Also tried adjusting my shift points today and with o/d off I added 7mph to each shift and it seemed like it was still only shifting at like 6000 rpm

1. Yes, but you'll need another tune.
2. Possibly. IMHO it's worth it, but it also requires tuning.
3. No, it won't fit under the stock hood.

I deleted my IMRC plates and EGR, am using the cobra egr location for my brake vacuum
