It's a long complicated procedure, which also includes properly setting the thrust bearing.
This is just part of it that doesn't include the jack screws:
Tighten fasteners in sequence as shown:
Fasteners 1 through 8 to 8-12 Nm (71-106 Lb-In)
Fasteners 10 through 18 to 8-12 Nm (71-106 Lb-In)
Seat thrust washer
Fasteners 9, 10, 19 and 20 in order to 8-12 Nm (71-106 Lb-In)
Fasteners 1 through 10 to 22-28 Nm (16-21 Lb-Ft)
Fasteners 11 through 20 to 37-43 Nm (27-32 Lb-Ft)
Rotate in numerical sequence 85-95 degrees.
And the stock bolts are single use, torque-to-yield, that shouldn't be reused.
