Need help on how to remove 94 TC dashboard

Have to remove dashboard on drivers side to find a burned electrical wire. Started car, drove 20 feet, engine cut off and acrid smelling smoke drifted up around driver's side dash. No restarting engine. Fortunately, I was in my driveway. Need to know where I can find removal instructions to find wiring problem. All suggestions greatly appreciated.

had to explain how to take a dash apart with out pics
so I would say go to your library and check out the manual
or if your library is like mine the will have "all data" on the computers
