Need another Cooling Part Number! HELP!

While replacing my broken hose, the nipple broke off of this:

What is the part number for this large plastic part and what is it called?

The nipple for the hose going to the throttle body broke. Do the top radiator hose and the hose going to the thermostat housing come attached? While looking at this while I was working on the car, they look like a single piece or either they have some odd hose clamp system on them.

I suppose this part will be a $600 dealer only part if the little hose I needed was $40!

Does this (YW4Z*8B502*AA) come with the upper radiator hose and the hose going to the thermostat housing attached?

Well, I talked to the dealer here. It is $173. It comes with several hoses. I asked for and got a jobber price of $129. The guy at the counter was pretty accomodating. Still an expensive piece, but I feel better about it since they worked with me.

it is a big contraption. comes with a bunch of hoses. tough to explain with your picture. i have a picture i can fax if you have access to a fax machine.

Thanks for the faxed hose diagram showing what all comes with this. It looks to be almost a complete "cooling hose" package. I think it is all of the molded hoses, except the water pump outlet hose I've already replaced. There certainly won't be any "harm" in replacing the rest of these!
