Got in the car this morning, it was pretty cold, about 33° out, first frost of this season. Start it up and this little vent just falls right off of the dash on the drivers side. It's the small triangle defogger vent for the drivers side window, 2 of the 3 clips are broken off of the back. I found one and glued it back on just so it could break again in a separate spot.
I found what I THINK is the part number on the back: XWH4 19E656-A
I can never remember who's who among the vendors here, if anyone can either look up the part and PM me a price or post it I would greatly appreciate it.

My clips for that vent did the same thing. I Gorilla Glued the vent right to the dash. Why does it ever really need to come off?

Look on Team Ford Parts for the part if you really want to replace it.

That looks like it might be color coded, but without a year make model and color I cannot be sure. One of the 12 possible part numbers that engineering number crosses to is a XW4Z-19E630-(aac =the color). Dont know that color but it has a list of $10.10 and LVC would be $7.27.

Well I super glued the thing on yesterday. This morning it was on the floor again. The glue just pulled right off the dash for some reason. Even cleaned it with alcohol before I put it on, so I'm not entirely sure why it pulled off. I suspect a previous owner might have soaked the dash with Armor-All or some sort of silicone based dressing.

Max I'm not sure what the interior color is called in my car. Cars.com calls it Dark Charcoal. I can give you the VIN number if that will help. Its an 02 LS.
