My new headlights (minus angeleyes)

Well One headlight down, one to go. I had to do some serious sanding and buffing (bad pitting and scratches) to these to get them into this condition. I will be putting these on my car this weekend.

My old ones with the angel eyes will be up for grabs come Monday if anyone is interested. I have a set ivory parchment (HC) bezels and a set of black bezels for them. I also have an extra set of inverters for the angel eyes.

No, the cars going up for sale when I get ready to leave for Japan.

Well, I bought them and they were badly pitted. So I figured can't mess them up any more, right. I sanded the lens with 400 grit sandpaper. I sanded them for a long while (to get rid of as much of the pits as possible). I then switched to 800 grit and did the same thing. Broke out the buffer and used some polishing compound (by turtle wax). Then used some finish restorer from 3M with the buffer and that's the final product in the picture.

VERY SWEET! I wish I could get the 04 headlights apart to do that. I guess I could but dont want to mess them up too bad.
