got my new coill covers back, think they turned out pretty good.

Sure they do. Every Cobra and Ford GT engine is hand built by SVT people.


Mark 8 is a different story though ;)
 
My dad worked at romeo ford for the last 35 years. My dad supervise the 4 guys that hand built the cobra (SVT) motors. My dad was in charge of repair also and probaly fixed or led the group of guys that fixed your engine before they put it in your mark. So would you be happier if it said (Powered by my Dad)? Anyway I like these covers more than the ford racing or powered by ford covers.
 
Actually, I put the engine in my Mark all by myself. Obviously, the whole concept of "Powered by" eludes you.

My dad probably went to Mars... What's your point about what your dad "probably" did there?

You could put "Powered by my dad" on those covers, but your daddy better be under that damned hood, pedaling like a mofo... Or, better yet, get him one of those oversized hamster wheels.
 
Actually my dad is crippled. So that hampster wheel idea is not going to work. Thats why I don't post much because of people like you. Can't ever have anything nice or different with out someone making fun of you or your family.

Last I checked, it was YOU who posted pictures of your coil covers. What, you only take the good comments? Are you only looking for lemmings who have the same tastes as you? Don't post pictures on the internet if you're not ready for the occasional opinion which differs from yours.

LOL was just thinking my car would just kinda hop along with my dad under the hood. And I've been a member for over a year, my password wouldn't work so I started a new account with my new email address. I would love to meet ya so I could see what runs hotter, my lincoln or your head.
 
when i registered last year i had a comcast email address. when i canceled comcast's internet they canceled my email address. So when i ask to have my password sent to me i can't get it. so i registered with my msn email address. Had this problem with a couple sites.

I had looked at the SVT covers but didn't think it would be right to boast something I didn't actually have. Found SVTs for about $50, but instead I found the 32v Cobra plates for $20 and painted my covers blue. I was going to buy the Ford Racing from Max (wow great price he quoted me) but didn't think I should spend that much on vanity. LOL... Also didn't want to copy Jason too much... although I really like what he has done with his 96.

The SVT Covers look good I just didn't think I should be putting them on.
