Mornin Gents: What are the names of these bushings?

Transmission Cross Member. I used Poly. PITA to get the stock bushings out.

They don't press out, as the rubber is bonded to the shell which you have to keep. I cut out as much as I could and then used flap wheels on a drill to get the rest out.

BTW Myco, just to be clear, those bushings were never available from Ford separately. They came as part of the crossmember. Poly is the only alternative.

No, not that I can think of.

In that case, they're easy to get out! Just set them on fire with a blowtorch (thanks Beerdog) and they'll fall right out in a few minutes.

...well, assuming you're OK with repainting or powdercoating the crossmember. Otherwise go with DLFs way.
