I have found two different part numbers for the strut rod bushings by Moog. One is half the price of the other:MOOG Part # K8680 Strut Rod Bushing Kit
Frt Susp; At Control Arm; Problem Solver; w/thermoplastic bushing $21.79 as opposed to the other one which has MOOG Part # K8659 Strut Rod Bushing Kit Frt Susp; At Frame; Improved Design $40.79. I assume we need to sets of either one? Anyone have any experience with either?

Yes, you need 2 sets of both. One for the front, and one for the rear. I think most people who have used the latest version, have had good luck with them.

Thanks that is what I thought too. $20 extra per set and not having to redo it for a few years.
Anyone have a guess as too how many hours to replace two LCA, bar links and the Strut rod bushings?
Also does this call for a new front end alignment afterwards?
ROCK AUTO Parts seems to have the best price? Anyone know of a better price out there?

Just want to give you a an FYI.

Make sure you do not use the new sleeves that come in the kit. My moog's lasted for 1 yr and failed. The orielly set lasted for 1 week. I took OEM sleeves off a mark and used OEM bushings (which are not expensive.. 42$ from ford for the set).
