Hey guys, I havn't been on for while due to my 4 month license suspension. Therefore talking about and discussing Lincolns basically just depresses me. But now im back, and I have an offer. My car obviously Sat for 4 months (I started it once a week). It seems like My airbags (mostly the front) are giving in. Im looking to replace them or do a swap to the lowering spring kit. Anyone intereseted in helping me? Ill pay you and you will be working in a Nice garage at my friends house, (no freezing outside bull:q:q:q:q). Im from MA, about 15 minutes away from Providence RI. I know this is kind of a stretch, but let me know! Here are some Pictures of the garage you will be working in:

Also: Ill buy a 30 rack to drink while we work.

HELP ME OUT GUYS!

Who needs the rest of the house when the garage is that nice? A person could live out there. I know I could

damn you guys see that tv to the right in that seconed pic that one hell of a gerage

I'd like to rent that place for the Summer for a vacation retreat. That is a great garage. Now to the problem. If you have access to the appropriate tools the changing of your front air struts is a snap, especially with the lift you have. The worst bolt to get out is the one lone bolt that attaches the strut to the lower control arm. Use PB blaster on it and if you have an airchisel use the punch point to drive the bolt out (leave the nut just on enough so it helps the punch from drifting off the bolt). The other nuts on the upper part are easy to get at and not a big problem. With a little help you could be done in 2 hours so you can sit back and enjoy the flat screen and the brewskys.

When do you plan on doing the swap? I'm about 1hr away in Groton, CT and my wife's family is in North Providence so I'm always up that way! I have done the air to coil swap on 2 marks. Re-post or pm me with details and we can work something out! Tom

Thats the issue. I probably could theoretically do it. Id just so much rather have someone there who knows a lot about Mark VIII's specifically. We have a decent selection of tools plus air, but like I said me and my friends aren't master mechanics, so the next best thing would be to have someone there who knows the car to help troubleshoot if we do run into problems. The biggest thing Ive done to my car was the brakes.
