Misfire At Cold Start

The last 2 days,when i started the car i could hear a misfire till i started driving,couldnt hear it while driving,just finished changing coils and plugs about 2 weeks ago,2000 3.9l v8,no check engine light either,anyone ever see this before?it seems to be noticed at high idle at startup more

What do you mean by hear a misfire? I can feel them, but I don't think I've ever heard one.
Are you sure you aren't hearing a valve? Maybe the valve lash is too great on one of them?
Or, are you using a Fram oil filter?

I can feel it too,its definite,guess i shall wait for the code,it will come ,it always does,unless the car heals itself,yeah fram oil filter

i was getting a missfire code cylinder 6,i might try the injecter,i also want to check vacuum lines,maybe the guy at the shop left one off,seemed sluggish after plugs and coils changed,but performed good as far as i could tell

Maybe the plug is not properly gapped. The mechanic that did the work might have forgoten tighten down the cover on the ignition coils.
