93 or 96 are the best of the 1st gens?
BTW, how much crank HP do you guys think I would yield if I put on the 01 Cobra intake, 03 Cobra cams, custom tune, kooks headers and a cold air intake? roughly speaking...

A '96 would be my choice because of the headlights.

275 rwhp give or take 10.
 
ok, so that's about 340 at the crank...
what other cams are out there for 1st gen Mark VIII's? anything better than the Cobra cams that won't cost more than like 1200 bucks?
sorry for all the questions, but I'm just trying to do some research...

Can you get a screen capture off the video?

That would be good info to post up. Your numbers are dead on. That is what a 1st Gen, (cough, cough) puts out stock.

I've been trying this for the last 10 or so minutes. For some reason when I paste the screen from Windows Media Player into Paint, then save it, it only shows black? :confused:

If somebody has an FTP, I can upload the video. I can't email it cuz it's 23 megs.

is it possible to have the stock intake ported? on any mark VII?
would it make the same difference as putting on the 01 Cobra intake?
 
Driller I believe had his stock intake completley worked over. I think the inside had some prting and lots of polishing and the outside was completley pollished.
