Question....wanna strap my mark viii to a chassis dyno...I'm finishing my mechanics license and they have a chassis dyno...now my point...should I turn air ride switch off prior to strapping on dyno or? Like to get a baseline...and really see if my car makes claimed stock rwhp numbers

Obvisously I have big plans but nothing till the mustang sells

I don't see it affecting anything, however for safety's sake, I would turn it off. Atleast its just a flick of the switch.

One less thing to go wrong, ya know?

yea i would turn it off before i did that. just to keep it from moving around.

I couldn't think of a reason to turn it off when I dynoed mine, but I couldn't think of a reason to leave it on either, so I turned it off anyway.

i just wouldn't want it to try to lift up when its been strapped down. the pump and bags wouldn't like that. i'd turn it off.

the only thing i can think of is when you get the speed and it lowers it may cuase the straps to loosen up
