Mark VIII lunch

Yea so yesterday I go out to lunch, leave me my parking lot in my 94 mark and what do i see pull in the parts store across the street? A super clean looking 97 base mark VIII,car was the cordovan maroon color.... lights looked clear and back neon was working. Car had snowflakes on it but none the less sweet, i go down the street to checkers and come back to my work and what do i see in my lot??? a 96 diamond anniversary mark viii also maroon color.....what are the odds??? 3 mark viii's all in the glassboro,nj area around 2pm....crazy!!!

I'm on vacation and have seen 5 total the last week.... all :q:q:q:qty!

One was a champange 95 base with an LSC rear bumper... looked really funky.

Since i've owned mine(1.5yr) i've seen maybe 8 different marks and have seen 2 of them more then once but no more then 3 times.

I'll name them:

97-98 l tor red non lsc
1gen rose on 18's
1gen silver stock
1gen l tor red on 20-22" blades (very clean but rims were to big)
2nd gen silver stock
1gen green stock
2- 2nd gen white stock

When i see one i flip. Maybe not flip but i do look for them and am suprised if i find one.

Since we bought the house 2 years ago, there are 3 right around me. A 1st gen copper colored one and a 2nd gen non lsc green, a 2nd gen white 1 I see everyday I go to work. A black 2nd gen lsc once in a blue moon. In the harrisburg area there are a lot of them.

I only see Mark VIII's when I'm not driving mine, for some reason... and they're usually traveling in the opposite direction.

In our little town of 3,000 people I see at least 3 Mark VIIIs every day...
Now what are the odds of that

just last week i noticed one popped up on a road i drive almost every day had 3 nice rims that i would like on mine the 4th was a stocker i think its been sittin in the same spot since i saw it its a lighter blue,

yae there's a few in my area i regularly see, but this was just a suprise to see on my hour lunch break.......yea every morning i walk out of the house i see three sitting in line its like a mark viii army....hahahha

I put in a bid on my 94 MK and while traveling to Ithaca, NY for work, got a call from the owner telling me I won the car. Where are you?, I asked him. Long Island says he. I drove a rental 5.5 hours to see the car- One I saw it, I dropped the money on him $2700- moonroof, Michelins, everthing works, 77K.
Drove it over to DMV for a transport permit, the had the oil changed and did the test drive- all the way to Pittsburg, KS.
Now it has new front bags, rebuilt front end, new starter, new tires, tint, extra chrome and I'm getting ready for LMS hood and Exhaust.
Car now has 135K and runs great.
