mark 8 sun/moon roof leaking

Im am going to be looking at a local Mark 8 tomorrow that is listed with a small leak with the sliding roof. Is something like this a difficult task to fix? Is it even worth going to look for and fix? The car is listed fairly cheap. I am unaware of the exact problem with it at the moment.

the sunroof drains are probably clogged.

How would I check for this? Is there anything else you suggest I look at?
