Hey guys,

I'm a new member but been on this forum before. I have a 2002 Lincoln Ls and of course it has no gps installed in it. I was wondering if it was possible to wire in a 2003 gps system in my 2002.

Thanks,
Kape

I was trying to go with something that blends with the interior of the car. but I'm open for suggestions

Yes, but it will cost a ton more than installing an aftermarket unit. There are many double-din units available and they come with the necessary wiring harness. You will lose your steering wheel controls, but I am pretty sure there are products available to make them usable again. Plan on spending around 2 large plus installation, unless you can do the install yourself. Pioneer seems to be a popular brand here. Do a search and your head will probably explode from all the available information here!

I actually really like my Kenwood Excelon unit. but it is in dire need of upgrading. Way less expensive than trying to use a less-capable OEM nav unit.
