Love the New Mark - Few Problems -50MPH Shakes/Computer resetting/Busted Neon :(

Hi guys -so the new mark is great! Needs a few minor pieces to be perfect, but overall no complaints - The buttons for the windows all need to be fixed/replaced - they mecanisms are there as well as the black bases for the buttons, but the plastic thats U / D are off as well as the silver trim... i got the parts, just have to do it. Also the cup holder is busted so I'll get on that. Wouldnt hurt to replace the circle piece of the dash around the ignition - not sure if thats even a seperate piece or what not, but would be a nice touch to handle it. Gonna leave the paint and the stock rims for now - got the sound working, all is well.

However....

A.) When I hit 50MPH on the highway I get a slight shake, especially in the steering. I know the car needs an ailignment and balance, but that isnt really noticeable until 80 - but evertytime I hit 50 this happens... Im thinking its the car lowering itself, but damn thts annnoying! Is there anyway to stop that? Seems like unnecessary wear on the airride if it feels the need to drop and raise everytime I tap 50 on a side street. Let me know guys

B.) Also - everytime I turn the car off, and back on I lose my date/time?! Seats and radio settings seem to stay...but Date and Time vanish!!!?

And... while I have your attention

C.) So its nice having the power and speed of the Mark but the transmission doesnt transfer it well. I guess thats the downside of an automatic... but is there a shift kit they offer or what not?

D.) And.. the Neon is busted... also, some condensation in there as well - There is condensation in the headlights too - which I need to buff out. Ahh - Is it easy enough to swap the HIDS to a higher bulb, or do I need a new balast?

Overall... I stole this car for $2060 bucks

Check out your whole front end upper and lower control arms and strut rod bushings.

Search LVC and you will find a ton of info on how to fix your headlights ....DLF make adapters for hid kits.

Yes there is a way to stop that - quit driving like a bat out of hell on side streets.

Its so hard to when the airide makes me feel like Im rolling 10MPH when Im actually bouncing off the 100 Mark =/ Just waiting for a ticket LOL

aside from the wheels being on backwards, that is one very sharp Mark!
if i ever get a Gen 2, thats the color i want. or the light green.

I doubt its the air ride lowering is giving you your shake, if the front end looks good do the alignment and balance the tires.
I had a tire that was causing this... balancing the tire fixed it.
If you can't stand the car lowering you can shut the air ride switch off in the trunk, seeing how this is a new car to you its a good idea to shut it off over night to see if any of your bags are leaking.
If the car drops...it means a leak in a bag, which is a repair you don't want to put off.

Jan 1st would be the default date after the battery is disconnected.... I have no idea wtf is going on there.

The previous owner babied this car - had a few Benz's and what not., Mobile 1 and Premium gas all the time - had tires/brakes/rotors/new tension pulley/ new energizer battery/ new air bags all around. Car drives MINT
