This time I will make sure I have at least a half tank of fuel so I don't get that bog on my launch :mad:

Puttin it out there today in case anyone else was thinking about heading to E-town if there was gonna be another 8 running :D
 
I have been aching to drive my Mark down the 1/4th mile. It looks like that track is 100 miles from where I am, the closest pretty much. I'm out of work at 3:15, which I'm sure, does not give me enough time to make it down there.
 
I went down 2 Weds ago and got there fairly late compared to when I used to hit the place with my WRX. So I sat in tech for a while waiting for the line to get checked.

They open @5 or 5:30 so me getting there at 6:30 or so I was able to get in 2 runs. A freaking HONDA hit the wall and screwed everyone cause it took so long to clean up :mad:

Otherwise there was even a cab over and a roll back running 22's and 23's :p
 
Can't swing Wednesdays. I don't get home until 6:30-ish and I wouldn't get down to E-Town until like 8 with all that traffic on Route 9 south. :(
 
Yeah well it was a flop last night for me. 4 runs and all slow and slower with a 15.9 like 3 times and a 16.0@89:(

Spun like mad almost no matter what I did to launch but then on the way home the trans seemed to shudder even more than ever. So I should stop racing it for now or at least until I fix some of the problems this thing has :confused:

I did line up next to a GT-R making it's very first runs. Damn thing ran 11.8@117 freakin stock on Pump gas!!
 
Hey STI, any chance you'll be there on the 21st for the EVO/STI shootout?
 
Well if you do then let me know, I'll be there and a ton of other local guys from awdm.net I'm just spectating but there is AutoX and drag racing.
